The website is not the service

This website describes PAYG’s commercial payments program. Reading it, or sending an inquiry, does not open an account and does not oblige PAYG to provide payment services. Card acceptance, invoices, and payouts are provided only after a separate written agreement is signed.

Rates

The schedule published here is the standard rate for qualified commercial accounts, in US dollars. It is not a quote. Final fees, any surcharge, settlement timing, and any reserve are set in the agreement. A sample statement on the homepage is an illustration of that schedule.

No reliance

Information on this website is for general commercial explanation. It is not legal, tax, or accounting advice, and it is not a promise of approval, settlement speed, or availability in a particular country.

Acceptable use

Do not use this website to submit information you are not entitled to share, or to impersonate a business. We may decline an inquiry that does not fit the program.

Liability

The website is provided as a source of information. To the extent the law allows, PAYG is not liable for loss arising only from use of the website. Liability for payment services, once contracted, is governed by the agreement.

Changes

We may update these terms or the published schedule. The date above will change when we do. An executed agreement is not changed by an edit to this website.
